Job summary

The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange seeks an Administrator II / Instructional Designer & Training Coordinator in Baltimore to lead a comprehensive CAW pre-credentialing training program and develop formats for targeted courses.

The role partners with the Training team, vendors, and state agencies to design, deliver, and evaluate trainings, leveraging adult learning theory, HTML/JavaScript basics, and multiple LMS platforms to improve learner outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in instructional design and adult learning theories.
• Experience with LMS administration and program evaluation.
• Ability to consult with SMEs and coordinate training projects.
• Proficiency with HTML and JavaScript basics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Design curriculum and content for CAW pre-credentialing training and formats.
• Coordinate and manage training sessions and materials statewide.
• Assist in LMS system administration and reporting; support evaluation and continuous improvement.
