Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an instructional design professional to analyze learning needs and develop instructor-led, computer-based, and web-based training aligned with business objectives. You will design, develop, implement, and maintain training materials, collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders to validate content and ensure learning objectives are achieved.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Experience in learning and development or instructional design.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Analyze learning needs and develop instructor-led, CBT, and web-based training solutions.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain training materials to standards.
• Collaborate with SMEs, instructors, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Ensure learning objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate meetings and training milestones.
• Use eLearning platforms and tooling to create learning experiences.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities.
