Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of instructional design in technical/industrial settings.
• Ability to design both virtual and live training with adult learning theory.
• Expert-level Articulate 360 skills and LMS management experience.
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and AI tools.
• Ability to translate complex technical docs into clear training content.
• Excellent collaboration across SMEs, managers and writers in a factory environment.
• Ability to independently manage a defined training program in Docebo.

Responsibilities

• Design a structured curriculum for manufacturing and logistics staff, including ILT, VILT and OJT.
• Create high-quality virtual modules using Articulate 360/Rise; ensure accessibility.
• Collaborate with SMEs and Technical Writers to convert specs into training content.
• Develop assessments and checklists to verify learner competency and retention.
• Define standardized OJT processes and smooth handover from virtual to on-site practice.
• Support and optimize the Docebo LMS for content delivery and tracking.
