Job summary

Relativity Space is seeking an Instructional Designer to design and develop engaging learning solutions that advance business objectives and employee growth. You will collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and senior learning teammates across formats and modalities.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of instructional design experience, proficiency with ADDIE/SAM, and hands-on use of Articulate 360. A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of instructional design experience.
• Working knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, or similar methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline and/or Rise) or comparable authoring tools.
• Ability to translate technical content into accessible learning experiences.
• Familiarity with LMS administration (course setup, user groups, assignment logic, reporting).
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning solutions aligned to defined learning objectives.
• Translate technical and complex content into clear, engaging instructional materials using established instructional design methodologies.
• Apply learning principles and internal standards to ensure instructional quality and engagement.
• Support project timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Conduct basic evaluation of learning effectiveness and incorporate feedback into revisions.
• Support LMS administration activities, including user management, course assignments, enrollment tracking, and access troubleshooting.
