Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of instructional design experience.
  • Working knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, or similar instructional design methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with authoring tools like Articulate 360.
  • Ability to translate complex technical content into accessible learning.
  • Familiarity with LMS administration and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning solutions aligned to learning objectives.
  • Translate technical content into clear instructional materials using instructional design methodologies.
  • Apply learning principles and internal standards to ensure instructional quality and engagement.
  • Support project timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Conduct basic evaluation of learning effectiveness and incorporate feedback into revisions.
  • Support LMS administration activities, including user management, course assignments, enrollment tracking, and access troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate is an instructional designer who brings foundational expertise in learning design, LMS administration, a strong eye for quality, and a desire to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires attention to detail, a learner-centered mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning solutions aligned to defined learning objectives.
  • Translate technical and complex content into clear, engaging instructional materials using established instructional design methodologies.
  • Apply learning principles and internal standards to ensure instructional quality and engagement.
  • Support project timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Conduct basic evaluation of learning effectiveness and incorporate feedback into revisions.
  • Support LMS administration activities, including user management, course assignments, enrollment tracking, and access troubleshooting.
About You:
  • 1–3 years of demonstrated instructional design experience.
  • Working knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, or similar instructional design methodologies.
  • Hands‑on experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline and/or Rise) or comparable authoring tools.
  • Ability to work with complex or technical content and translate it into accessible learning experiences.
  • Familiarity with LMS administration, including course setup, user groups, assignment logic, and reporting.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Nice to haves but not required:
  • Exposure to aerospace, engineering, manufacturing, or similar technical environments.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, and accessibility testing tools or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Zensai LMS.

Hiring Range:

$74,000 — $112,000 USD
