Job summary

First American is seeking a Learning Designer to develop and implement instructional materials for instructor-led, self-paced, and digital training. You will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure effective learning experiences and measurable outcomes across diverse work groups.

The role emphasizes ADDIE-based content creation, data-driven evaluation, and potential LMS responsibilities in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years designing training for adult audiences in professional environments
• Information Mapping/DocuTools Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build commercial quality learning content using instructional design processes (ADDIE, ARCS, Bloom's).
• Perform needs/job analysis and communicate requirements to all levels in the organization.
• Gather and analyze data to determine effective learning methods for diverse groups.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and students to meet objectives.
• Present complex information using effective instructional methods.
• Assess training effectiveness and recommend adjustments.
• Track employee performance and training outcomes.
• May participate in LMS administration and course maintenance.
