Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in instructional design.
• Preferred degree in Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or Organizational Development.
• Experience with ADDIE model and ILT/ILT course development.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops highly complex course curricula and related content and materials.
• Oversees development of curricula by SMEs and consults with SMEs.
• Conducts complex needs assessments and analyzes learning programs across roles.
• Develops and conducts individual and group training workshops using eLearning tools.
