Actalent in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Training Developer I to support the full lifecycle of instructor-led and eLearning content. You will update presentations, assist with storyboards, prepare multimedia assets, test courses for functionality, and maintain documentation in SharePoint.

You will work under instructional designers leads, ensuring materials are high-quality, aligned with objectives and standards, and formatted for multiple delivery methods while managing updates and governance.

Competenze

This role requires 1+ year of instructional design and/or curriculum development.

Mansioni

Collaborate with learners and SMEs to identify training needs and objectives.
Design and develop training curricula and materials, including instructor-led presentations, guides, job aids, and assessments.
Convert source materials into polished deliverables using approved templates and formats.
Apply instructional design principles to create learner-centered content.
Ensure materials align with branding, standards, and governance.
Support updates and maintenance for accuracy and version control.
Format materials for usability across ILT and eLearning formats.
Provide basic multimedia support including narration recording/editing.
Conduct QA testing of eLearning courses and give feedback.
Communicate project progress and risks to leadership.
Upload and manage training content in the CMS with proper versioning.
Demonstrate strong time management across multiple projects.
Contribute to continuous improvements of employee development programs.
