Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking an Instructional Designer to design learning interventions across ILT, on-the-job training and e-learning, applying Instructional Systems Design. You will work with SMEs to ensure content accuracy and deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions while building evaluation instruments to measure impact.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or certification in instructional design or adult education, with experience in developing training materials and basic analysis tools, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Certification in Instructional Design, Adult Education or equivalent job experience/education.
• Experience in developing instructor led or on-the-job training courses and using basic analysis tools.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories

Responsibilities

• Design learning interventions including ILT, on-the-job training, and e-learning using ISD.
• Use analysis tools to identify knowledge and skill requirements and design materials.
• Collaborate with designers and facilitators to design training material.
• Consult with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions to prepare others to teach the material.
• Build tests and evaluation instruments to measure training effectiveness.
• Gather feedback to evaluate program content, flow and success.
• Stay current with learning delivery methods and training-technology skills.
