Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in developing classroom and online training.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Familiarity with Learner Assessments and Gap Analysis.
• Proficiency with authoring and graphic design tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze training needs with stakeholders.
• Design and develop training materials and programs.
• Create instructor and participant guides, job aids, and assessments.
• Collaborate with SMEs and graphic designers.
• Deliver content via manuals, classroom training, webinars, and e-learning.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and iterate.
