Qualifications

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and applying instructional design methodologies to develop effective training solutions
• Portfolio demonstrating web-based training/eLearn examples is required for consideration
• Proficient in developing eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Vyond
• Proven project management experience and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working within a Learning Management System (LMS) and with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Execute course development from in-take through launch in the LMS
• Revise, design, and develop eLearn and classroom instructional content
• Launch and test learning content within the LMS
• Generate quarterly reports on itemized training costs for billing purposes
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to deliver learning solutions
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the client subsidiary and Consumers Energy to coordinate training initiatives
