Job summary

OtterBase in Grand Rapids, MI seeks an experienced Instructional Designer to create engaging training across supply chain, operations, and corporate teams. You will apply ADDIE and agile methods to deliver accessible courses using Articulate Storyline and Rise, and manage LMS content.

Collaborate with stakeholders to close learning gaps, lead Train-the-Trainer sessions, and ensure materials stay up-to-date and compliant.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of corporate training design and development experience.
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, Audition, or Premiere Pro.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies (ADDIE).
