Job summary

Inovalon, Inc. seeks an Instructional Designer to collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to design and develop product training.

You will maintain standards for on-demand training and use audience-appropriate methodologies to ensure high-quality materials for customers, partners, and staff. Healthcare experience is preferred; 2+ years in content development or instructional design and strong PowerPoint/Excel/Word skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of instructional design/content development experience.
• Experience using adult-learning principles and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Outline course concepts, content delivery, assessments, and materials.
• Define program schedules, estimates, and track tasks to completion.
• Develop CBTs, live training, job aids, visuals, and quizzes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging content and activities.
• Ensure materials meet brand and marketing standards.
• Evaluate and improve training curriculum for consistency.
