This role partners with subject matter experts, business leaders, and stakeholders to translate business needs into effective training solutions using adult learning principles and modern instructional design methodologies. The Instructional Designer will create blended learning programs including eLearning modules, instructor-led training, microlearning, and performance support tools that enhance knowledge retention and skill application.
