Job summary

First American is seeking a Learning Designer to design and implement learning solutions for instructor-led, self-paced, and mobile training. You will develop content using ADDIE and related models, analyze needs, and ensure programs meet business goals across diverse groups.

Candidates should have 4–7 years of experience in corporate training, strong graphic design skills, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate 360. A collaborative, results-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience designing training for adult audiences in a professional environment.
• Information Mapping/DocuTools Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build commercial quality learning content using instructional design processes (ADDIE, ARCS, Bloom's).
• Perform needs/job analysis and communicate development requirements to all levels.
• Gather data to determine effective learning methods for diverse groups.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure learning objectives.
• Present complex information using effective instructional methods.
• Analyze training effectiveness and recommend adjustments.
• Track employee performance and training outcomes.
• May participate in LMS administration and course maintenance.
