We are seeking an Instructional Designer to support a Financial Planning team on a short-term contract engagement. This role will focus heavily on creating, organizing, and enhancing training content and educational resources for financial advisors and other field-based audiences.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in instructional design, content development, and visual presentation design, along with the ability to work directly with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex information into clear, professional, and engaging materials.

This individual should be highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word and comfortable using design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud/Illustrator. Candidates should be prepared to provide examples or a portfolio demonstrating the quality of their previous work.

Financial planning or broader financial services experience is a strong plus, but the ability to create polished training content and communicate effectively with SMEs is most important.
