Job summary

First American is seeking a Learning Solutions professional to design, develop, and implement instructor-led and digital training. You will build high-quality learning content following established instructional design methods and work with SMEs to align objectives with business needs.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience designing training for adult audiences in a professional environment.
• Information Mapping/DocuTools Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build commercial quality learning content using instructional design processes (ADDIE, ARCS, Bloom's).
• Perform needs/job analysis and communicate requirements to all levels.
• Gather information and analyze data to determine effective learning methods for diverse work groups.
• Work with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and students to ensure learning objectives are met.
• Present complex information using effective instructional methods.
• Analyze/train effectiveness and recommend adjustments.
• Track employee performance and measure training outcomes.
• May participate in LMS administration and course maintenance.
