Responsibilities include creating curricula, analyzing outcomes data, and coordinating with video and content teams to deliver engaging, accessible content across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in educational technology, instructional design, communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of instructional design and development experience, preferably in education.
• Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lead collaboratively with cross-functional teams on multiple projects.
• Attention to detail and ability to translate ideas into tangible outputs.
• Strong computer skills: MS Office, Google Suite, and management tools.
• Knowledge of developing digital products and leading process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain new courses with clear curricula and learning outcomes.
• Analyze assessment results to identify course improvements.
• Research best practices for online learning and open-access materials.
• Coordinate with instructors and content creators (vendors) for course development.
• Proofread and edit course materials for accuracy and clarity.
• Upload content to the site and manage asset libraries.
