Qualifications

• 5+ years in instructional design or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Design and build learning assets using templates and standards.
• Translate SME input into structured courses, modules, and job aids.
• Apply adult learning principles and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs.
• Participate in reviews and quality checks prior to launch.
• Maintain version control, documentation, and workflows.
• Identify content gaps and use data to improve learning outcomes.
• Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate development with QA oversight.
• Share best practices and support team onboarding.
