• Develops learning solutions aligned to regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Evaluates training effectiveness via learner feedback, assessments, and business metrics.
• Manages multiple instructional design projects with deadlines.
• Maintains learning assets and keeps content current with business processes.
• Partners with L&D leadership to establish design standards and templates.
• Utilizes AI-enabled tools to improve content development efficiency and engagement while ensuring quality.
• Supports LMS implementation, testing, and maintenance as needed.
• Conducts learning needs analyses to improve employee performance and business outcomes.
