Job summary

SV Tech Systems in NYC is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer/Trainer to lead training for a large-scale institutional program, focusing on software training and compliance initiatives.

You will develop quick reference guides, Captivate Modules and paper-based deliverables, balancing instructional design, training (Webex and classroom) and logistics coordination, with occasional late nights/early mornings.

• Administrative work including coordination LMS administration and scheduling.

Position : Instructional Designer/Trainer

Duration : 5+ months

Hiring an experienced Instructional Designer/Trainer with financial knowledge in training complex software and compliance initiatives.

Instructional Designer/Trainer will own deliverables and training for a large scale institutional program. Instructional Designer/Trainer will develop quick reference guides, Captivate Modules and paper-based deliverables. The position will be balanced between instructional design, training (Webex and classroom) and logistics coordination. Flexibility for late nights/early mornings is required.
