Job summary

You will partner with LMS admins, instructors, SMEs to build courses, curriculum paths, and learning products, aligning with enterprise goals. Qualifications

• Experience with ISD: analyze training needs, design instruction, develop materials, implement training, evaluate effectiveness.
• Curriculum development experience for operations or safety training.
• 1+ year of project management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Workforce Development team and SMEs to ensure curriculum projects are timely and high quality.
• Build relationships with leadership and SMEs to gather content and feedback.
• Perform Curriculum Analysis to identify department needs and map topics.
• Lead Curriculum Development discussions to determine complexity, SMEs, and alignment.
