General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks an Instructional Developer to transform training through curriculum development and interactive courseware. You will coordinate and manage curricula, align with naval guidance, and work onsite at CSFE in Port Hueneme, CA.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience, US citizenship, and NACLC T3 eligibility. Expect to design materials, develop tests, and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree; additional 2 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience with Naval Construction Force and US Navy curriculum guidance, development methods, and standards is preferred.
• Location: Port Hueneme, CA onsite at CSFE.
• Must be US Citizen with NACLC T3 background check to obtain Common Access Card.

Aufgaben

• Designs and develops instructional approaches and interactive courseware to meet training requirements.
• Design and develop curriculum; plan and produce instructional materials.
• Develop training materials including tasks, learning objectives, content, lesson maps, instructional strategies, learning events and activities, and test items.
• Develop lesson plans, exercise controller guides, on-the-job training handbooks, and student training materials.
• Develop tests, testing plans, test administrator's guide, and test question spreadsheets (Excel).
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy of instructional content.
