Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Valid NC teaching license required.
• Minimum of five years' experience as a successful content area teacher.
• Master's degree in Education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all laws, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with teachers/administrators to identify and develop instructional strategies.
• Provide professional development to teachers.
• Support curriculum planning and instructional practices.
• Facilitate professional development sessions for teachers.
• Observe classrooms and provide constructive feedback on instruction.
• Analyze student achievement data to identify trends and improvements.
