Responsibilities

• Adhere to laws, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with teachers/Administrators to identify and develop instructional strategies.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance in curriculum planning and assessment.
• Facilitate professional development sessions for teachers.
• Analyze student achievement data to identify trends and improvements.
• Support district initiatives and align practices with standards.
• Mentor teachers in instructional methodologies and classroom management.
• Attend related meetings and participate in leadership training.
