Job summary

Responsibilities

Collaborate with teachers and administrators to identify and develop instructional strategies.
Provide ongoing support and guidance in curriculum planning and assessment.
Facilitate professional development sessions for staff.
Conduct classroom observations and give constructive feedback.
Analyze student achievement data to guide instructional decisions.
Stay current on educational research and best practices.
Mentor teachers and align practices with academic standards.
