Job summary

Responsibilities

• Adhere to state, federal, and local laws, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop curriculum materials for various subjects and grades.
• Conduct research to identify best practices and emerging trends in curriculum development.
• Design curriculum frameworks, scope and sequence documents, lesson plans, assessments, and resources aligned to standards.
• Apply instructional design principles to create engaging learning experiences.
• Incorporate multimedia and technology-enhanced learning tools.
• Develop strategies and assessments to promote active learning and critical thinking.
• Implement training and support for educators on curriculum implementation and assessment techniques.
• Lead workshops and professional learning communities to enhance pedagogical skills and content knowledge.
• Collaborate with school leaders to identify professional development needs and tailor training programs.
