Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership skills and feedback proficiency.
• Proficiency in using student data to guide instruction.
• Evidence of teacher leadership and ongoing professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Model instructional lessons in classrooms on a daily or weekly basis.
• Support teachers’ understanding of curriculum, assessments, and data analysis.
• Build strong relationships with teachers, admins, and fellow coaches.
• Coordinate curriculum implementation with district initiatives and best practices.
• Collaborate with administration to create and maintain a coaching schedule.
• Support teachers in aligning with MPCS mission and core values.
• Facilitate collaborative teams within school buildings.
• Assist with lesson planning, pacing, and differentiation for diverse learners.
• Provide non-evaluative feedback to promote growth and student outcomes.
• Design and deliver professional development on targeted topics.
