Job summary

Mater Academy St. Cloud in Saint Cloud, FL is seeking an Instructional Coach to support teachers with standards-aligned instruction and data-driven decision making.

You will coach through modeling, co-teaching, observations, and feedback, while coordinating professional development and assisting with planning high-quality curricula across content areas. Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field and have successful classroom teaching experience, with strong knowledge of Florida

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional coaching through modeling, co-teaching, observation, and feedback
• Support teachers in analyzing and using student data to drive instructional decisions
• Assist with planning and implementing high-quality, standards-aligned instruction
• Coordinate professional development opportunities to support staff
• Collaborate with administration and staff to support school-wide academic goals, including developing and leading reinforcement and enrichment tutoring sessions
