Job Description

The Student Success Center is seeking (1) Institutional Work Study student at 20 hours per week for the Fall 2026 & Spring 2027 terms. Duties include:

• Assist with answering the phone and appropriately transferring callers
• Greeting visitors to the student center
• Answer questions about directory and directional information about the college
• Assist with testing and disability services as needed

Required Qualifications

Professional verbal skills and above average knowledge of campus resources and offices. Personally comfortable with calmly handling upset customers. The ability to lift tables and chairs.

Minimum Salary or Salary Range

$11.00 per hour
