The Administrative Specialist to the Vice Chancellor for Student Services provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Office and Division of Student Services. This position assists the Vice Chancellor with correspondence, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, managing communications and serving as a liaison between students, staff, and departments.
Knowledge of specialized field (however acquired), such as basic accounting, computer, etc., equivalent of four years in high school, plus night, trade extension, or correspondence school specialized training, equal to two years of college, plus 5 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
