Job summary

Newport is seeking a fiduciary professional to serve as the primary contact for high-profile institutional accounts, including Fortune 500 sponsor plans. You will provide specialized trust services, coordinate onboarding, review agreements, and ensure accurate administration.

You will collaborate with Trust Administrators, senior management, operations, and attorneys to deliver timely deliverables, conduct annual reviews, and communicate plan details to participants while maintaining compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact providing specialized trust and fiduciary services to institutional accounts.
• Onboard new accounts and coordinate account opening processes.
• Review agreements and prepare internal documentation for proper administration.
• Meet with contacts to ensure timeliness of client deliverables and respond to inquiries.
• Direct Trust Administrators with processing trades, wires, checks, plan sub-accounts, and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Senior Management, Trust Administrators, Operations, Analysts and Attorneys.
• Present annual account reviews at weekly committee meetings.
• Coordinate participant communications regarding stock funds and distributions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, retain records, and respond to audits.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to support business development.
