Job summary

Banco Santander US seeks an Institutional Structured Products Associate within U.S. Corporate Investment Banking.

You will maintain and develop relationships with hedge funds, money managers, insurance companies, banks and other institutional accounts covering MBS, ABS, CLOs, CMBS, esoteric and private credit; coordinate between trading, banking and financing to serve clients. The role requires knowledge of Santander's product offerings, ability to work across lines, and to build long-term

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 2+ years in sell-side or buy-side sales, trading or banking.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops and enhances relationships with traders and PMs at existing clients and targeted prospects.
• Act as primary contact in all client interactions and align offerings with client needs.
• Acquire a strong grasp of the bank’s product offering and tailor them to client needs.
• Collaborate with trading desks, bankers and risk partners to uncover opportunities.
