Job summary

KeyBank Real Estate Capital (KBREC) is seeking an Analyst to assist senior team members in managing client relationships, reviewing and processing credit requests, and monitoring transactions.

You will perform financial analysis, real estate due diligence and transaction underwriting, while supporting credit structuring, portfolio management, and marketing materials. This role offers training, mentoring, and opportunities to grow within a leading real estate finance platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; highly motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Associates, Relationship Managers and Senior Relationship Managers to build client relationships and provide financing solutions.
• Complete portfolio management, market analysis, and financial underwriting for credit transactions.
• Develop knowledge of underwriting parameters and balance sheet lending vs. off-balance sheet financing.
• Run internal models to determine risk ratings and return hurdles on loan approvals.
• Communicate regularly with the deal team, borrowers, and prospects; travel as needed.
