Job summary

KeyBank Real Estate Capital (KBREC), through the Institutional Real Estate Group, seeks a talented Analyst to support senior team members in managing client relationships, reviewing credit requests, and monitoring transactions. You will perform financial analysis, real estate due diligence, underwriting, and prepare client-tailored materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with IREG teammates to build client relationships and provide financing solutions.
• Complete portfolio management, market analysis, and financial underwriting for credit transactions.
• Develop knowledge of underwriting parameters and balance sheet/off-balance sheet financing options.
• Run internal modeling to determine risk ratings and return hurdles on loan approvals.
• Participate as an engaged deal team member and communicate with borrowers and prospects.
• Office presence required most days; occasional travel may be necessary.
