The role emphasizes collaboration with IREG teammates, portfolio management, and market analysis, with in-office work most days and occasional travel. Growth through mentoring and enterprise training is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships and provide financing solutions.
• Complete portfolio management, market analysis and financial underwriting.
• Develop knowledge of underwriting parameters and balance sheet vs off-balance sheet options.
• Run internal modeling to determine risk ratings and return hurdles.
• Participate on the deal team with borrowers and prospects.
• Office in Seattle most days, occasional travel may be required.
