Job summary

KeyBank Real Estate Capital (KBREC) is seeking an Analyst to support senior team members in client relationships, credit requests, and transaction underwriting. You will perform financial analysis, real estate due diligence, and create client-tailored marketing materials.

You will collaborate with Relationship Managers and Senior Managers on portfolio management and credit structuring, gaining exposure to institutional real estate finance. Office presence is typical, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with IREG teammates to build client relationships and provide financing solutions.
• Complete portfolio management, market analysis, and financial underwriting for credit transactions.
• Develop knowledge of underwriting parameters and balance sheet lending vs off-balance sheet options.
• Run internal modeling to determine risk ratings and return hurdles on loan approvals.
• Participate as an engaged member of the deal team, communicating with IREG team, borrowers, and prospects.
• Office presence is expected most days, with occasional travel.
