Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of total relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages Onboarding and Change Activities for Clients.
• Escalates complex issues and requests to more senior staff as needed.
• Contributes to the launch of TRP Products.
• Partners closely with Stakeholder Teams to deliver solutions and strong results for clients.
• Leads onboarding project calls with authority and delivers concise output.
• Works with local and global teams to ensure best practice.
• Communicates with complex clients and service providers to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drives process improvements to enhance client operations and lifecycle events.
