Job summary

T. Rowe Price in the United States is seeking a Client Implementation Manager to lead institutional client onboarding and related change events, ensuring all documentation and operational needs are met before inception.

The role is regionally focused within the global Client Implementation Management function, collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality client outcomes and support product launches across TRP offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 5+ years of total relevant work experience.
• Operational expertise and knowledge of requirements and the process for onboarding institutional clients.
• Knowledge of the investment management operations landscape and trends.
• Experience with separate accounts and commingled products.
• Proven project management skills in cross functional environments.
• Strong client management and relationship building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages Onboarding and Change Activities for Clients.
• Escalates complex issues to senior staff as needed.
• Contributes to the launch of TRP Products.
• Partners with Stakeholder Teams to deliver client solutions and results.
• Leads onboarding project calls with authority and concise output.
• Ensures best practice within process is followed across local and global teams.
• Communicates with complex clients and service providers to deliver high-quality services.
• Supports process improvements and cross-functional projects.
