Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of foods and modified foods using steaming, baking, boiling, frying, broiling, grilling, an Institutional Robot Coupe, and meat grinder to meet the production schedule.
• Maintain food/supply inventory daily.
• Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment used.
• Be flexible enough to work in other departmental areas as needed.
