Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in institutional food services.
• Ability to read and write and learn food preparation and cleaning procedures.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with employees and residents.
• Ability to learn, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of foods and modified foods using various cooking methods.
• Maintain food/supply inventory daily.
• Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Be flexible to work in other departmental areas as needed.
