Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience in Institutional Equity Sales, ideally with a blend of Equity Research Sales and ECM exposure.
• Established network of institutional client relationships.
• Strong understanding of equity markets and research-driven investing.
• Demonstrated track record of revenue generation and business development.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients.
• Deliver Equity Research product to clients, positioning actionable ideas.
• Partner with ECM teams to market and distribute equity offerings.
• Provide market color and investment themes aligned with client objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients connecting them with corporate access opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth through client engagement and cross-selling.
