The Manager, Client Account Services at T. Rowe Price oversees day-to-day servicing for institutional clients, partnering with a Client Implementation Manager during onboarding and then taking ownership of ongoing servicing.

You will coordinate with Legal, Investments, and Trading Solutions to meet complex servicing requests and ensure a high-quality client experience. Hybrid work is available with up to one day from home.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of total relevant work experience.
• Excellent client service skills with strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees and manages client operations and administration support activities for institutional clients.
• Analyzes data to develop informed operating or servicing agreements.
• Facilitates resolution of complex operational needs and escalates as needed.
• Communicates regularly with complex clients and internal service providers to deliver high-quality services.
• Leads internal initiatives to improve client operations processes and experience.
