Bayer is seeking an Institutional & Specialty Sales Consultant in Lake Charles, LA, to lead education and sales activities for cardiovascular-renal indications. The role covers the Lake Charles metropolitan area with up to 50% travel and residence within the territory.

Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, driving formulary adoption, and collaborating with Marketing, Market Access, and Patient Services to achieve US Pharma outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant sales experience
• Deep expertise in cardiovascular/renal areas is preferred
• Experience launching new products/indications
• Excellent facilitation and verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Aufgaben

• Drive clinical demand, education and sales for cardiovascular-renal products
• Build institutional advocacy to drive formulary and protocol adoption
• Develop and implement strategic plans for top institutions
• Demonstrate disease-state and market knowledge with analytical rigor
• Build relationships with key stakeholders at institutions and clinicians
• Coordinate P&T committee processes at priority institutions
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to pull through partnerships
• Support Area General Managers on strategic projects
• Leverage emerging technologies to improve performance
• Adhere to pharmaceutical industry guidelines and ethics
