Bayer seeks an Institutional & Specialty Sales Consultant to lead clinical demand, education and strategic planning for cardiovascular-renal products in the Minneapolis area. Role is residence-based with up to 50% travel to institutions, hospitals and health systems.

Ideal candidate has cardiovascular/renal sales experience, product launches capability, and strong communication and collaboration skills. Requires a valid driver's license and ability to meet credentialing standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of successful relevant sales experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Deep expertise and understanding of the cardiovascular and/or renal therapeutic area(s).
• Experience launching new products and product indications.
• Excellent facilitation and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines.
• Ability to comply with customer credentialing and safety requirements (e.g., vaccinations).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Aufgaben

• Drive clinical demand, education and sales, building deep understanding of disease state and treatment options for healthcare professionals and health systems.
• Build institutional advocacy to drive formulary and protocol adoption of cardiovascular-renal brands.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans for top institutions with local market dynamics.
• Demonstrate disease state and marketplace knowledge and analytical rigor to identify opportunities.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at institutions, cardiologists and nephrologists.
• Manage P&T committee processes at priority institutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic partnerships with key customers.
• Support Area General Managers on strategic projects as needed.
