Job summary

Bayer is seeking a dynamic Institutional & Specialty Sales Consultant for Baton Rouge, LA. The role focuses on launching CVR indications, driving clinical education and sales within hospitals, health systems, and cardiology/nephrology settings.

The ideal candidate will have cardiovascular/renal expertise, strong communication, and a proven track record in pharma sales. Travel up to 50% and a residence-based position are required.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in cardiovascular and/or renal therapeutic areas.
• Excellent facilitation and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for top Institutions and health systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Army of Area Customer Squads.
