Qualifications

• Deep expertise in cardiovascular and/or renal therapeutic areas.
• Experience launching new products or indications.
• Excellent facilitation and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to comply with credentialing and safety requirements (vaccinations, trainings).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive clinical demand, education and sales for cardiovascular-renal products.
• Build institutional advocacy to drive formulary/pathway adoption.
• Develop strategic business plans for top Institutions with market insight.
• Demonstrate disease area and marketplace knowledge and analytical rigor.
• Build relationships with key hospital stakeholders and cardiologists/nephrologists.
• Manage P&T committee processes at priority institutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pull through partnerships.
• Provide support to Area General Managers on strategic projects.
• Leverage emerging technologies to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry guidelines and high ethical standards.
