Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide divisional leadership oversight of service line initiatives and staff.
• Collaborate with regional and multistate Acute Care Services (ACS) and Integrated Health Services (IHS) to standardize care and develop destination care programs.
• Collaborate with private and employed physicians to advance institute initiatives.
• Provide consultative services to Division hospitals as requested.
• Leverages the Clinical Integration Network (CIN) to deliver clinical value, quality, and safety.
• Travels nationally and internationally to conferences and other facilities to gain a deeper understanding of institute programs.
• Manages and oversees service line level programs, symposiums, fellowships, Academic and Center of Excellence Programs.
• Develops curriculum for educational events, including case observations, continuing medical education events, fellowship activities, physician grand rounds, wet lab courses, cases, and tours.
• Submits grant requests, markets events, and troubleshoots issues.
• Manages allocated budgets for events and maintains educational grants for academic programs.
• Manages the orientation process for national and international physician observers participating in Academic and Center of Excellence programs.
• Collaborates with Administration to onboard new physicians, assess current physicians and physician programs, and increase knowledge on new techniques and healthcare trends.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
