Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Ridgeland, SC is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to serve professional customers at the installer counter and oversee delivery operations.

You will build sales relationships with installers, take orders by phone and online, ensure accurate picking and on-time delivery, maintain vehicles and inspections, and support front and backroom tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take orders by phone and online, invoice orders, direct parts to delivery.
• Route delivery specialists to ensure timely customer deliveries.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and inspections completed on time.
• Assist on front counter and retail counter as needed.
• Support backroom duties including returns and stock.
• Process labor claims quickly and efficiently.
• All other duties as assigned.
