Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to service professional customers at the installer counter, coordinate delivery of orders, and drive accurate, timely deliveries. The role involves overseeing delivery staff and ensuring vehicle inspections and returns are handled properly.

Ideal candidates have hands-on automotive repair knowledge, ASE certification, and strong communication skills. Bilingual abilities (Spanish preferred) are encouraged and valued in this position.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take orders over phone and online, invoice orders, and direct delivery team to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per standards.
• Record daily mileages and ensure inspections are completed on time.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed.
• Support backroom duties such as stock and returns.
